This is a Fully Washed (the fruit is completely removed from the bean before sun-drying) blend of Arusha, Blue Mountain and San Ramon beans from the Waghi Valley, Western Highlands region of PNG. Compared to other coffees from the Indonesian region, PNG has a heavier mouthfeel, more rounded body and a much cleaner finish, with nearly none of the the distinct earthiness that comes from the likes of Sulawesi or Sumatran coffees.
