No refund for merchandise that is returned after 5 days of customer's receipt of delivery.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will accept any "clean", unopened or unused products within 5 calendar days of delivery receipt. Please read limitations below.
A refund less any shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be issued upon satisfactory return as noted:
Return Procedure - Make sure to keep all original packaging for the return. Returned items and packaging must be "clean", unopened and unused before shipping. We will not accept returns on any consumables (including but not limited to roasted coffee, syrups, powders, sauces, etc.) that have been opened or damaged in transit on return. Any damages in the return that result from improper packaging or not securing loose items as when shipped to you will be assessed at full retail replacement value and deducted from the credit.
All special order items and equipment parts are non-returnable.
Keep in mind that shipping cost and transit time estimates are just that - estimates. If the actual shipping cost differs from the estimate by more than 10% we will need to charge you the difference.
If the shipped order was freight free, full shipping charges will be assessed on original order.
