This is a Fully Washed (the fruit is completely removed from the bean before sun-drying) blend of Typica, Caturra and Bourbon beans from the Cajamarca region of Peru, produced by the CENFROCAFE cooperative. This is a higher altitude coffee on which fully organic Guano de Isla, phosphore ore, and Ulexite fertilizers are used, which produces an exceptionally high yield for an all organic co-op.
Cupping notes for this coffee are: Clean, sweet, herbal, lemon-lime, tartaric acidity, light nuttiness.
