This is a Fully Washed (the fruit is completely removed from the bean before sun-drying) blend of French Mission and Riuru beans from the Kirinyaga East District of central Kenya. The combination of high altitude, deep red volcanic soil and temperate climate creates a unique coffee that is bold, richly flavorful and pleasantly smooth.
Cupping notes for this coffee are: creamy, balanced body, finishes bright and full, hints of grapefruit, burnt sugar, cola and graham crackers.
