This is a Fully Washed (the fruit is completely removed from the bean before sun-drying) blend of Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon beans from the higher altitude Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. Nicaraguan coffee is typically lighter bodied and less acidic than most other Central American offerings, it features less citrus and floral notes as well.
Cupping notes for this coffee are: Chocolate, papaya, apricot, sugar cane and watermelon.
